What is TrainingHub?
TrainingHub is the training system for Freestart’s sales teams. It builds a coaching plan for each rep from their scored calls, and gives them lessons, call scripts and practice calls with a simulated customer. It also holds a reference library built from our training material and CallHub call transcripts. It is in use at Freestart.
How does TrainingHub use real sales calls?
TrainingHub works from CallHub. Each rep’s coaching plan is built from their scored calls: it starts with their strengths, then lists each gap with what was heard on the calls and the lesson or practice assigned for it. The reference library is also built from CallHub call transcripts and our training material.
Can sales staff practise calls before they speak to customers?
Yes. In a TrainingHub practice call, the system plays the customer, at the level the rep chooses. New starters practise there before they go on the phones. The guidance is written for each trade sector we sell to, from the training scripts our teams already use, and the people who run our training review those scripts.
What is the TrainingHub reference library?
The reference library is part of TrainingHub. An AI agent builds it from our training material and CallHub call transcripts. Reps study it as short chapters, with the original handbook one click away. It is the set of resources we use to train our sales staff, organised into collections of chapters.
Which parts of TrainingHub are still in development?
Guidance for more trade sectors is in development, which means it isn’t finished. The coaching plans, lessons, call scripts, practice calls and reference library described on this page are in use at Freestart today. Wherever something isn’t finished, we label it as in development on this site.
