ProspectHub researches the businesses worth calling, before anyone picks up the phone.

It builds a sales list from a sector and an area, then uses AI to research each company.

What it does, who runs it, and what its customers say, with a link to each source.

Owners and directors are matched to Companies House.

Every new prospect is classified on import, and companies that don't fit the campaign are flagged for the team.

It writes a call script from the research, built on the team's own best scripts.

And a rep can ask about the company before they dial.

ProspectHub is the prospecting system behind our sales teams. It finds the businesses they call, researches them, and keeps the work organised by campaign.

What is ProspectHub?

ProspectHub is the prospecting system behind Freestart’s sales teams. It builds a sales list from a sector and an area, then uses AI to research each company: what it does, who runs it, what its customers say, and whether it fits the campaign. It is in use at Freestart.

Where does ProspectHub find companies?

ProspectHub builds its lists from online business listings, by sector, area and radius. Each list belongs to a campaign, and every new prospect is classified on import, so the team can see what each business does and whether it fits before anyone picks up the phone.

What does ProspectHub find out about a company?

It gathers a business profile from the web, covering services, size, target market, year established and certifications, with a link to each source. It adds reviews and reputation, matched social profiles and contact details. Owners and directors are matched to Companies House and checked against the trading address.

How does ProspectHub check whether a company fits a campaign?

Every new prospect is classified on import, with a category, a short summary and the services found. A quick check works from the company’s name and business type; a full check reads its website. Companies that don’t fit the campaign are flagged, and the team decides whether to reassign or exclude them.

Does ProspectHub write call scripts?

Yes. ProspectHub writes a call script for a company from its research, built on the closest match in the team’s own script library. A built-in assistant also knows the prospect’s research and notes, so a rep can ask questions before they dial. Reps still check and add to the research themselves.

Can ProspectHub find companies like our existing customers?

Yes. For any prospect, ProspectHub can find the existing customers it most resembles. It compares each prospect with existing customers to find the closest matches, so a rep can see which current customers look most like the business they are about to call.
